Unfortunately, Shooter McGavin is exclusively available as a pre-order bonus for PGA Tour 2K25. All pre-orders, regardless of version, included him. He should be in your roster already.

Unless 2K Games makes him available for purchase or offers him as a free unlock later, he's currently inaccessible to those who didn't pre-order. Note that his in-game rating is 82, meaning there are higher-rated golfers to choose from.

Playing as Shooter McGavin

You can play as Shooter McGavin in Quick Play mode. From the main menu, select Quick Play, then "New Local Round."
