Two Point Museum: Attracting Cave People – A Comprehensive Guide
Two Point Museum features a diverse cast of quirky visitors, from fashionably dressed enthusiasts to extraterrestrials. However, attracting Cave People requires a unique approach. This guide details how to acquire and satisfy these prehistoric patrons.
To attract Cave People, you'll need a Time Portal. These are located in two challenging expedition sites: Spoony Dunes (Bone Belt) and Alternate Yesterday (Netherworld). Spoony Dunes is generally recommended for its easier accessibility and lower risk. It also offers a chance to obtain Lone Henge, beneficial for later expeditions.
For Spoony Dunes, assemble a team of two Prehistory Experts with a combined level of 10 or higher to mitigate hazardous events. Consider the season; sandstorms and heatwaves pose additional challenges. A First Aid Kit counteracts heatwaves, but sandstorms require helicopter repairs.
Alternate Yesterday requires one Supernatural Expert (ideally Rank 20 or higher) and one Security Guard. If your Expert is below Rank 20, ensure a team member possesses at least two levels in Survival Skills or Analysis to handle Ectoplasm or Spectral Rifts. The Security Guard benefits from one level in Camera Room training for an XP bonus. Avoid Nightmare Season to prevent potential explorer loss.
Once you've acquired a Time Portal, you need specific Space Exhibits obtained through Known Universe expeditions. Progressing the Pebberley Heights museum to access the Space Gibbon homeworlds is necessary. Activation requires:
Send a Space Expert (ideally with Pilot Wings to prevent helicopter damage) to each location. For new hires, follow the order above for efficient leveling. Use Illness Elixirs to counter Meteormites (4 in Two Point Orbit, 6 on The Moon). A Triangle Cell activates Lone Henge, attracting alien visitors.
Combine the components near the Time Portal. The Cells activate the Blending Gears, triggering the Time Portal (indicated by a purple glow). A Cave Person will periodically appear. Place a Ticket Booth nearby for easy purchase.
The DNA Designer can transform existing guests into Cave People. However, these won't count towards your Sticker Book total.
Cave People prioritize Happiness. Provide ample Cafeterias, Bathrooms, and Benches. While Knowledge is less impactful, Buzz is crucial, boosted by Prehistory Exhibits. They also generate Buzz for other visitors. They purchase posters and plushies, and surprisingly, exit through regular exits. Seeing five or more complete Dinosaur Skeletons guarantees a Dream Visit and generous donation.
