Locate Fukuyama (the "Man in Bandana") on Resort Blvd. between Hula Ave. and Waikiki St. Speak with him and select "Begin collecting trash" to start the substory. Access is limited to Hula Ave. and a small part of Seaside Ave. There's no trash on the Resort Blvd. section.

Trash Locations

• Trash #1: Directly south of Fukuyama, at the southeast corner of the intersection. It's clearly visible.
