The "Stargazing" quest is nighttime-only. Sleep in a visitor cabin until night. Then, collect five Sky Fragments scattered across Friendship Island (locations marked on your map):

Third Sky Fragment	Rainbow Reef (Hangyodon's comedy club).

Fifth Sky Fragment	Mount Hothead (talk to Keroppi).

After collecting all fragments, return to Moon Island and talk to Hello Kitty. A portal to Cloud Island will appear.

Befriending Lala:

Giving Lala gifts increases your friendship level. Early gifts are limited by accessible areas.
