Locating the Drowner's Map

The map is found within the belongings of a deceased treasure hunter, located on a pier at the Bathing Spot, east of Rockwater Pond. This location is somewhat remote, mentioned only in passing by the Zhelejov innkeeper. The bag containing the map is easily identifiable. Taking the items isn't considered stealing, as the owner is deceased.

Note: While finding the map is optional, reporting the deceased treasure hunter to the innkeeper after discovering the body will trigger a proper burial.

Solving the Drowner's Map and Claiming the Treasure

The map, unlike some others in the game, provides a relatively straightforward clue. The treasure is hidden near a uniquely shaped body of water in Trosky, west of Bozhena's house. The map clearly shows the location relative to the house and a nearby tavern. The treasure is situated near a small rocky outcrop along the shore of the pond.

The treasure, 125 Groschen, is found in a jar at the indicated location. This may not seem like a significant reward, but it can be quite helpful, particularly in the early game.
