Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii - When You Wish Upon Some Balls Substory Walkthrough

In Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, the hunt for Golden Balls continues! This quirky side quest offers even more bizarre hidden item locations than its predecessor. Find all seven to grant a wish (yes, it's a Dragon Ball Z reference!). They're scattered across Honolulu and Madlantis.

This substory, "When You Wish Upon Some Balls," unlocks after completing Chapter Three. Captain Beef will initiate the quest upon leaving Revolve Bar. Clues to each ball's location are sent via in-game messages (accessible via Menu > Smartphone > Messages).

Finding the Golden Balls:

Nearby NPCs and Noah will provide hints when you're close. Most balls require the Chain Hook. They only appear after starting the relevant substory segment.

1. The first Golden Ball hangs from a poster inside the Wan Shang Tong Herbal Medicine shop, to the left of the counter.

2. The second is tucked away in a rather unusual spot... in the crotch of the blue ninja statue to the right of the Shinobi Sushi restaurant sign.

3. Find the third in the crotch of a statue of a Sicko bathing near the Seaside Avenue Pool. You'll need to snag it through a window, as you can't enter the pool area.

4. The fourth is attached to a masked

   in the window of Treasure Select Pawn. You'll have to enter the store to retrieve it.

6. Head to Madlantis for the penultimate ball. It's located in the crotch of a statue above the Dunghill bar. Access the upper area via the stairs to the right of the bar, then look up behind the entrance.

7. The final Golden Ball is in the crotch of a statue near the Pirate's Coliseum. Take the path to the right of the Coliseum; your target will be on your left.

Collecting two balls unlocks the "Not Counting the Usual Ones" achievement/trophy.

Wishing Upon a Star (and Balls):

After collecting all seven, Shen will contact you to meet on the southwestern dock in Honolulu. Your wish options and their outcomes are:
