In Avowed's Shatterscarp region, a desert expanse unlocked after Dawnshore and Emerald Stairs, lies the Robe of the Arcane Cheater treasure. This map, unlike others found through exploration, is purchased.

Acquiring the Map:

The map isn't sold in Thirdborn. Instead, locate a trader in a small cave on the map's upper-middle section, across from the rock formations containing Tago's Tower. The map costs 1,680 currency.

Finding the Treasure:

The map's depiction of a desert cave is deceptive. The actual treasure isn't near the Great Sand Sea, but in the Ancient Lakebed area. Find the largest westernmost body of water shown on the map, near a bounty target and unique weapon.
