Quest Prerequisites:

• Access Gemstone Island: Unlock Spooky Swamp and traverse to Gemstone Island (either via the northern path or by swimming).
• Friendship with Pekkle: Reach Friendship Level 5 with Pekkle by gifting him items he enjoys (like Calming Crystals and Rockadoodlers).
• Complete Pompompurin's Quest: Ensure Pompompurin's Level 4 Friendship quest, "Dessert-ed Boat," is finished.

Once these conditions are met, speak to Pekkle in Gemstone Town to initiate the quest. He'll explain his desire to restore the abandoned dance hall.

Locating Purple Power Crystals:

Three Purple Power Crystals are needed to power the dance hall's animatronic band. Unlike previous quests, these crystals are found through exploration (though using the Power Crystal Scanner is helpful).

• Crystal 1: Located atop Gemstone Bridge, northwest of the dance hall and east of the Oasis Mailbox. Climb the cliff walls or take the longer path to reach the bridge's arch. The crystal is on the edge of the second arch.

• Crystal 2: Found southwest of the dance hall, on a peak accessible via a bridge system. Cross both bridges to reach the small peak where the crystal awaits.

• Crystal 3: Situated on a small island in the center of Donut Pond, northwest of the dance hall. Glide or swim across the pond to reach the island and collect the crystal.

Restoring the Dance Hall:

Return to the dance hall with all three crystals. Place them in their designated spots on the animatronic band. This will trigger a memory sequence for TOPHAT.

Pekkle will then provide five Dance Hall invitations. Gift these to any five characters of your choice. You'll also receive the plan for the Decorative Purple Power Crystal.

Once nighttime arrives (sleep in your bed to fast-forward time if needed), return to Pekkle to start the dance hall's grand opening party.

Completing the quest rewards you with increased friendship with Pekkle and unlocks his next Friendship Quest, "Heavy Metal Hoedown."
