Unlocking the Good Old Pebbles Perk

Unlike other perks, "Good Old Pebbles" is unlocked through gameplay. It appears after extensive riding with Pebbles. We unlocked it around Horsemanship level 14, roughly midway through the Kuttenberg region storyline. A notification will appear in the top right of your screen upon unlocking.
