Love and Deepspace, an otome game, revolves around building relationships with the charming men of Linkon City. Unlocking and experiencing various date types is key to progressing the storyline and deepening your connections. This guide will cover all date types, including the new photo studio features from the 3.0 update.

Understanding Dates

Dates are interactive experiences designed to strengthen your bonds with each romanceable character and earn Affinity points. Higher Affinity unlocks more items, stories, and interactions. Date types vary in interactivity, ranging from fully playable stories (unlocked via five-star memories) to shorter, readable narratives.

Playtime Dates

Playtime Dates involve minigames and collection activities. Kitty Cards and the Claw Machine are the two available options. You have three attempts per character per week for each game. Completing these earns Affinity points, prizes, and Chocolates (used in the Chocolate Shop). Weekly Chocolate earnings are capped at 2400. While you're limited to three attempts per character per game per week, special tickets can purchase additional opportunities (though this won't increase your weekly Chocolate limit). Events also offer Chocolate rewards.

Kitty Cards

Kitty Cards is a card game with Normal and Advanced difficulty levels. The objective is to accumulate the most valuable Kitties and outscore your opponent. Winning earns Chocolates and Meowco tokens, which can be exchanged for Kitty Badge packs at the Kitty Counter. Kitty Badges decorate your 'With Him' desk and contribute to character-specific collections, unlocking rewards upon completion. Each character has unique collections and Meowco Tokens. You can also employ playful tricks during gameplay.

Claw Machine

Four Claw Machine types exist: Standard, Balance, Fun Wheel, and Dynamic. Either you or your companion can play; you can swap anytime before a round begins. Encouraging your partner with a tap on the shoulder provides a luck boost. Partners may refuse swaps, requiring you to wait for the next round. Each type presents unique challenges: Standard is classic, Fun Wheel adds rotating Plushies, Balance uses a two-pronged claw, and Dynamic features moving Plushies. Weekly Plushie sets are available, with Shiny variants unlocked after collecting one of each. Each character has unique rare Plushies. Collected Plushies decorate your desk. Characters may use their "Evol" skills to influence the game.

Photo Studio

The Photo Studio lets you create photos using collected poses, outfits, and backgrounds. It's less interactive, focusing on image creation rather than character interaction. Items are obtained through achievements, events, Affinity levels, or the shop. Three photoshoot types are available:

Wink Snapshot: Static snapshots (four per shoot). Customize outfits, accessories, poses, backgrounds, frames, and stickers.

AR Snapshot: Augmented reality photos integrating your love interests into real-world environments.

Glint Photobooth: Full-body images with dynamic, static, duo, or solo poses. Customize backgrounds, lighting, wind intensity, camera angles, character gaze, and placement. Manage pose-outfit compatibility. Use pro lighting mode and SFX for dramatic effects. Save and share templates (two free slots, additional slots purchasable).

Saved photos are added to your Album, downloadable to your device (until the Album is full).

By Your Side Dates

By Your Side Dates are audio stories.

Secret Times: Nighttime audio stories combining ASMR and dialogue. Some are part of larger storylines (Myths), others are standalone.

Tender Moments: Audio stories with narration and dialogue (your character's lines are text-based). Includes a written transcript.

Falling For You Dates

Falling For You Dates are highly interactive stories unlocked through storyline progression, Affinity progression, or five-star memories. Five-star memories offer "Kindled" moments – brief, interactive snapshots. Four-star memories (Memoria) have main images instead. Many Dates are replayable for 100% completion.

Bond: Stories strengthening your relationship, unlocked at specific Affinity levels.

Memoria: Dates unlocked by obtaining five-star memories (some are permanent, others event-specific). One copy unlocks the Date.

Myths: Main storyline pieces, unlocked by pulling multiple five-star memories and earning Myth Shards (via leveling up five-star Myth memories using Bottles of Wishes). Multiple chapters exist, each costing more shards. Half a myth is playable with one half of a Myth Pair; the full story requires both.

Anecdotes

Anecdotes are less interactive written stories with multiple chapters; reading all chapters unlocks rewards. The reading requirement can be bypassed by skipping to the end.
