We're a fully distributed company, operating remotely both commercially and operationally. Our global client base and geographically dispersed team necessitate this approach.

From our inception nearly a decade ago—as a two-person startup—we predominantly worked remotely. Occasional in-person meetings facilitated complex discussions or simply provided social connection. As we scaled, we briefly leased an office to foster collaboration and onboarding. However, the option to work from home or the office always remained.

Unknowingly, we were a remote-first company. Individual preferences varied, with some thriving at home and others in the office. The flexibility proved invaluable. The 2020 pandemic and subsequent Argentine lockdown (with our then eight-person team) presented minimal disruption. Our established remote processes ensured a seamless transition. While we maintained the office for a year, it saw minimal use, leading to a fully remote structure once again.

Our effective remote work strategy (both commercially and operationally) hinges on consistent communication. Regular interaction within our team and with clients fosters trust and keeps everyone informed. We emphasize personal organization, including dedicated workspaces and regular breaks. The blurring of work-life boundaries at home can lead to burnout and decreased productivity, a risk we actively mitigate.

Transitioning to fully remote in 2020, we've grown from eight to thirty-two employees without compromising quality, delivery, company culture, or employee well-being.
