Kell's Fall is filled with plenty of secrets for Guardians to discover. As with most Exotic missions in Destiny 2, there are a handful of hidden collectibles you can find within Fikrul's stronghold that will enhance the mission's Exotic weapon: Slayer's Fang.
If you're looking to unlock every crafting option for Slayer's Fang, you'll need to fully repair the pipe organ inside the watchtower and get comfortable playing melodies. Play three unique tunes, explore the watchtower for hidden rooms, and you'll walk away with every intrinsic upgrade for Slayer's Fang in no time. But before we cover each intrinsic location, let's first cover how intrinsic upgrades work for Slayer's Fang and how to use the pipe organ instrument inside the watchtower.
Slayer's Fang has four intrinsic tiers, one of which is unlocked by default by completing Kell's Fall. For the remaining intrinsics, you must play a melody with the watchtower's pipe organ. This will spawn a glowing bag somewhere in the level, the location depending on which melody you played. Interact with the bag to unlock your next intrinsic upgrade.
You'll need to clear Kell's Fall three times to fully repair the pipe organ.
Intrinsic upgrades spawn on both Normal and Expert difficulty.
Bear in mind that each intrinsic upgrade will iterate Slayer's Fang by one tier, regardless of which order you grab the upgrades. For example, if you grab Intrinsic Upgrade IV's bag, you'll just gain Intrinsic II for Slayer's Bane since you didn't grab any of the previous ones. We recommend you grab all three upgrades in a single run to minimize backtracking. Play all three melodies at the start of the mission, and all three bags should spawn in the level; just be sure to grab them.

The melody sounds like a barrier giving way.
The next upgrade for Slayer's Bane can be found in the Mirror Gallery, the first mirror portion of Kell's Fall. Play the following sequence on the pipe organ before you start: 1, 4, 11, 1, 4, and 10.When you enter the mirror realm, follow the corridor as you normally do. You'll notice the locked door at the end of the path is now open. Head inside and grab the dagger inside to claim your new intrinsic upgrade.

Sanctum (second encounter)
Before starting the encounter, light the three nearby braziers. Enter the newly-unlocked door near the Rally Flag. |

The melody sounds like a long sigh. Air stirring in a forgotten passage.
The final upgrade for Slayer's Bane is found just before the second encounter in the Sanctum. Before you enter the mirror to fight the Mindbender, you'll want to light the three nearby braziers to open a door directly across from the Rally Flag. Enter the newly-unlocked door and interact with the vase inside to claim your new intrinsic upgrade.
Picking up the vase won't display the Intrinsic IV upgrade in your loot feed. This is a visual bug—you still receive the upgrade for Slayer's Bane.
