After completing the Clock Tower dungeon within Valestein Castle, you will return to Redmont Town to speak with Edgar and Berhardt in Edgar's house, where you will be informed that Chester wants to talk to you and is in the next room over.

Once you are finally at the Dark Shrine dungeon after defeating Dularn, the Tragic Loyalist, at the entrance of Genos Island, progress through the dungeon as you normally would until you reach a large room with many ramps that connect to smaller platforms leading toward the left side of the screen.

There will be many Keratros and Balzarls that shouldn't pose too much of a threat. Take them down as you progress through the area until you reach the next screen. You will see another platform across a large gap, forcing you to Double Jump across the gap while avoiding the Keratros on the other end.

When you're on the other side, head up the ramp to find more Keratros, Balzarls, and some spinning spike traps. There will be a hole in the center of the ground here. Leap down this hole to find yourself standing on a narrow platform high above the ground. Navigate to the end of the series of platforms to find a Red Chest and a Skull-Magiste guarding it. Eliminate the Skull-Magiste and open the Red Chest to obtain the Raval Armor!

If You Missed The Jump, There's Still Hope

Yup, you read that correctly. Since the game always loads you back in at the very start of the room when you die, you will always spawn falling back down into this area if you die in this room. So, let the Skull-Alnadas kill you to reload that instance.

Now, as you're falling down into the room, perform a Double Jump to the left to land on the platform. It may take a few attempts, but it is possible. Once you're on the platform, navigate to the end of it, defeat the Skull-Magiste, and obtain the Raval Armor!

From where the Raval Armors is, turn around and head back to the start of the series of platforms. Once here, leap off it toward the screen and run straight ahead until you reach an area with two spinning spike traps, several Skull-Alnadas, and a Skull-Magiste.

In the center of this platform is a Red Chest, so make a break for it, crack it open, and obtain the Lotus Hammer. Now, instantly open your Menu, select the Wing Talisman, and Fast Travel back to Redmont Town. You're not ready for any of that just yet, and it gets much worse the further you progress, so get out of that room immediately!

Fleeing back to Redmont Town with the Lotus Hammer in your inventory will allow you to speak with Adonis and complete the quest you accepted from him earlier. Upon speaking with him, Adol will give him the Lotus Hammer, allowing him to Forge the Raval Shield.

However, there is one catch: You will need 1,000 Raval Ore for him to Forge the Raval Shield. You should have that on you if you've been actively exploring each zone and dungeon. And, if you do, hand the rocks over to Adonis and equip your new and mighty Raval Shield.
