Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 - Squid Game Event Guide

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is kicking off the year with a Squid Games collaboration event, adding a handful of new game modes to MP, Zombies, and Warzone. Earning XP in any playlist will slowly progress the event reward track, unlocking exclusive cosmetics and the new Cleaver melee weapon.

How The Squid Game Event Works

Squid Game is a short-term event that runs from January 3 to January 24. All XP you earn in Black Ops 6—including Multiplayer matches, Zombies, and Warzone—will progress a secondary, Squid Game-themed reward track. Ten rewards are up for grabs, requiring a total of 356,000 XP to unlock everything.

All XP you earn during this event will progress the Squid Games reward track, not just Squid Game-themed playlists.

Squid Game Event Rewards

Unlike previous events, Squid Game includes a second, premium reward track that you can purchase for 1,100 CoD Points. This pass runs parallel to the free track and unlocks an additional ten Squid game-themed cosmetics. You do not need to purchase the premium pass to participate in this event, but it is required if you want any of the rewards from the premium reward track.
