Inspiration
Creating a magical winter wonderland has always been an exciting challenge! I wanted to highlight the beauty of winter with interactive animations, and festive cheer of our city (Vijayawada) using only HTML and CSS. The snowy gif in the background and snowfall animation helped bring the wintery theme to life.

Journey ?
This project was a wonderful opportunity to dive into frontend development, particularly focusing on responsive design, UI/UX, and adding a touch of creativity to showcase the beauty of Vijayawada during December. ?
What I Learned ?
- Responsive Design: I gained a deeper understanding of how to create layouts that adapt to different screen sizes using flexbox and media queries.
- CSS Animations: I experimented with CSS keyframes and animations to bring the snowy effect and subtle interactivity to the page, enhancing the user experience.
- 3D CSS Effects: I learned how to create interactive, rotating cards using pure CSS, which added an engaging visual element to the website.
- The Importance of Storytelling in Design: I understood how design can evoke emotions and connect with people by telling a compelling story through visuals, animations, and content.
What I'm Proud of ?
- The combination of animation and interactivity with the rotating cards gave the website a unique look and feel. The snow effect and the cozy atmosphere it creates really bring the December theme to life. ❄️
- The project is mobile-friendly, ensuring that users on any device can enjoy the experience. ??
What's Next? ?
- I plan to optimize the website further, ensuring better performance for users with slower internet connections, especially considering the snow and animation effects.
- Explore JavaScript: While this project is built with HTML and CSS, I hope to integrate some JavaScript to add interactivity such as user-triggered animations or dynamic content updates based on weather forecasts.
- Explore More Frontend Challenges: I’m excited to continue participating in frontend challenges to refine my skills and learn new techniques that I can apply to future projects. ?
Overall, this was a great learning experience, and I’m looking forward to taking on more challenges to enhance my skills and build more engaging projects! ?✨

I got this question the other day. My first thought is: weird question! Specificity is about selectors, and at-rules are not selectors, so... irrelevant?

Yes, you can, and it doesn't really matter in what order. A CSS preprocessor is not required. It works in regular CSS.
