As you would hope, Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind lets you jump into the shoes of the Power Rangers themselves and go through a remixed version of the show's first season.

That means plenty of punching Putties, driving Zords, forming the iconic Megazord, and, of course, rescuing several Angel Grove inhabitants from sticky situations. You wouldn't be a Power Ranger without helping people out, after all.

Rescuable People, Explained

Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind - Missing Person Location Guide

As you make your way through Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind's side-scrolling beat 'em up stages, you'll come across people who need to be rescued. Doing so is simple and usually just requires punching something to free them, at which point they'll relocate to the Juice Bar once the episode is complete.

Beyond being a good citizen, rescuing someone will allow you to talk to them when in the Juice Bar and receive a Memento for your trouble. Rescuing all of the missing people will also give you the "Very Special Guest" trophy or achievement, so it's worth doing regardless.

How To Rescue Mr Caplan

Fittingly, the very first person you can find and rescue in Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind is located in the game's very first level, Canyon Path. To find and help out Mr Caplan, make your way through to the city portion of the stage and to the garbage bin shown above with a switch next to it.

Hit the switch to free Mr Caplan, who will complain about being stuck in there for hours. Caplan can then be found at the Juice Bar and will reward the player with the Deandra Flowers Momento when spoken to.

How To Rescue Ms Appleby

The next rescuable person in Rita's Rewind is Ms Appleby, who can be found in the game's fourth level, Industrial Waste Plant. When you get to this level, make your way through until you destroy the first Time Disruptor. After you've done this, you'll need to keep going until you see a distinctive red telephone box.

Bust open the telephone box by hitting it and you'll see Ms Appleby waiting inside it. Once rescued, Ms Appleby can be found back in the Juice Bar and will reward you with the Power Rangers Photo Memento.

How To Rescue Willy

To find and rescue the third missing person in Rita's Rewind, you'll need to head to the game's seventh level, Carnival. Progress through the level as usual by beating everything up until you see a little prize counter as pictured above. To the left of that is a stall, and smashing it will reveal Willy's location.

Just like with the other characters, Willy can be found in the Juice Bar once you've rescued him. Talking to him will unlock the VR Headset Memento to go towards your collection.

How To Rescue Marge

Rita's Rewind's last rescuable person, Marge, can be found towards the end of the game in the eleventh level, Angel Grove Park. This fairly short stage takes place in a, you guessed it, park and is fairly easy to navigate. As you get to the end of the level and pass a football field, keep an eye out for the vending machines pictured above.

Once here, head up to where the glowing blue crystal is and punch it to free Marge, who was trapped by Madam Woe. Doing so will rescue her and unlock the Marge's Necklace Memento when you speak to her at the Juice Bar.
