Every Zombies map in Call of Duty history features multiple hidden Easter eggs beyond the main quest, ranging from complicated, multi-step challenges to silly and fun surprises. These Easter eggs have always been a core part of the Zombies experience, and we all enjoy uncovering them.
With the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, we got two maps: Liberty Falls, which is more beginner-friendly, and Terminus, which is darker and tailored more for experienced players. Both of these maps are filled with Easter eggs to complete, and if you’re looking for a list of all the ones available in Terminus, then this is your go-to guide.
As people continue to discover more and more Easter eggs, this article is a work in progress, and we will continually update it.
Main Quest Easter Egg
Every Zombies map in Call of Duty games has a main Easter egg quest, which typically involves multiple steps and always proves to be quite a challenge to complete.
The Terminus map is no exception. The main quest for this map is more difficult than Liberty Falls, requiring you to first craft the Beamsmasher by gathering its parts and then defeating the first boss.
After that, you'll need to hack a satellite and prevent the island from exploding. Only then will you face the final boss of Terminus, a three-phase encounter that will take considerable time to defeat if you're not familiar with the strategy.
We’re still working on completing the article for the Main Quest in Terminus and will link it to this guide once it’s done!
Beamsmasher Wonder Weapon
The Beamsmasher is the wonder weapon featured in the Terminus map. While you can obtain this weapon from the mystery box if you're lucky, you can also craft it after acquiring the three pieces and discovering the secret location of its workshop.
This wonder weapon is powerful and will significantly increase your survivability in the higher rounds.
If you're curious about how to get it, we have a full guide on how to craft the Beamsmasher.
Free Power Up
Power-Ups can naturally be obtained as you progress through rounds and defeat zombies.
But what if we told you that you can get each one of them for free in Terminus?
If that piqued your interest, make sure to check our guide to locate every free Power Up available on the Terminus map.
Cursed Talisman Easter Egg
There are many items you can acquire in Terminus, but if you're a high-risk, high-reward type of player, then you must get your hands on the Cursed Talisman in every match.
What this talisman does is grant you permanent double points as long as it's equipped. However, every time you get hit, you'll lose some points, so you need to be careful if you want to make the most of this item.
And of course, here's how you can get the Cursed Talisman.
Mega Stuffy Easter Egg
As you surpass round 30, many elite zombies will spawn, quickly filling the map and leaving you with little space to maneuver or flank. This can easily result in getting downed.
While you can grab a self-revive or wait for a friend to revive you, if you're playing in a squad, sometimes you need a reliable companion who can revive you from a distance.
There’s no better choice than the Mega Stuffy, which can help revive not only you but also your teammates when things go south and even attack zombies.
You’ll definitely want to get the Mega Stuffy in every match, and we have a guide here on how to get it.
Basket Ball Easter Egg
You may or may not have noticed the basketball net just outside the room where the second AMP generator is located, but what you probably didn’t know is that you can score and earn some free rewards.
It’s recommended to have an explosive weapon, like a sniper or a pistol that has been Pack-a-Punched, or you can use lethal equipment such as a semtex or a frag as well.
If you climb the crates from the other entrance and look at the rooftop of the second AMP generator, you’ll be able to spot a basketball.
All you need to do is shoot it with your explosive of choice until you get a hit marker, and if done correctly, the screen will turn white. Now, simply head back to the basketball net to find a bunch of essence waiting for you.
Oxygen Tank Easter Egg
Terminus is an island with plenty of water areas that you can swim through or use a raft to navigate around the map.
If you enjoy diving deep into the water but find that your breath doesn't last long enough, you’ll want to get your hands on the Oxygen Tank.
After activating the power and reaching the laboratory, dive down and look for a rock with a small glow to it.
Shoot it, and it will reveal an Oxygen Tank that you can pick up to increase your breath duration while diving underwater.
Meteor Easter Egg
We all know this: whenever you see a meteor, make a wish and hope it comes true. In Terminus, however, your wish will be granted if you activate it.
This Easter egg can be triggered after electrifying two antennas and using the Void Cannon on them to start the meteor event. Simply head to its landing zone, and your wish, aka rewards, will be granted.
And here’s how to do it step by step.
Boat Race Easter Egg
This is a silly Easter egg in Terminus, and it’s a welcome break from all the killing, blood, and zombies you'll constantly be dealing with. Whenever you need a break from the chaos, why not have a boat race against your friends?
That’s right - you can leave all the zombies behind and just race boats. It’s silly, but it’s also a lot of fun.
Of course, we know you’ll want to try this, so here’s the guide for it.
Whack-A-Mole Easter Egg
Another silly Easter egg is the Whack-A-Mole, which gives you the option to play the classic game - but with crabs.
Depending on how well you perform, you might receive rewards or grenades.
Here’s how to do it, but do it at your own risk...
Jumpscare Easter Egg
Disclaimer: If you're afraid of jump scares, do not attempt this Easter egg. However, it's just a minor easter egg that you can Achieve with no type of reward or anything.
After activating the power on the island, head back to the spawn area and use the elevator there. As soon as the door closes, start jumping, and well... you’ll see what happens next.
Armory Easter Egg
There is a secret safe room you can access in Terminus, located in the same room as the Stamin-Up machine.
Not only are you safe inside for a limited time, but you can also open some lockers for rewards. However, you will need Loot Keys to open them, and these are dropped by enemies.
If you want to know more about Loot Keys, more information is available here.
