You can view the staff schedule from the staff tab and see how content each of your employees is. You can also organize the work schedule to ensure that there's plenty of coverage each day–which means that rides won't go unattended and there will be fewer pauses in the business day.

You'll learn what works best for you by experimenting with different rides and attractions. The sandbox setting is perfect for this, as you can play freely without worrying about consequences in the main campaign.
