Houston Natural Resources Corp (OTC:HNRC) portfolio company Cunningham Mining has launched its Nugget Trap Token (NGTG$$) on Biconomy Exchange.
The Nugget Trap Token (NGTG$$) offering by Houston Natural Resources Corp's (OTC:HNRC) portfolio company Cunningham Mining is priced at $0.60 USD per token.
Cunningham Mining has secured a USD $336 million investment commitment from GEM Digital.
Houston Natural Resources Corp (OTC:HNRC) holds 9% of Cunningham Mining and expects a significant increase in its asset base with a liquidity event in Q4.
Cunningham Mining is set to acquire American Creek Resources for a fully-diluted transaction value of around USD $150 million.
