The latest member of theKrakenseries has been introduced as what might be its most complete headset yet atRazercon2024.
The V4 Pro is touted to go far beyond sound delivered via 40mmdriversmade of in-house TriForce Bio-Cellulose with addedRazer Sensa HDHapticsrated to match the headset's audio input in terms of volume, intensity and directionality, thereby potentially adding an extra dimension of spatial awareness in-game.
The new feature can be controlled using theV4 Pro's Control Hub, which responds to its on-board dial using its own angledOLEDdisplay. The Hub is also rated to help change the headset's volume, EQ and power-saving settings.
It also allows the V4 Pro to manage its connections to up to 3 different devices at once, which is handy as the headset can use RazerHyperSpeed WirelessandBluetoothas well as cables for either 3.5mm or USB-C ports.
TheV4 Pro also comes with a retractable version of Razer'sHyperClear Super WidebandMic, for a potentially more convenient source of detailed vocal input.
