Nothing 100W fast charger gets listed online without formal announcement

It seems Nothing is preparing to formally launch a new wave of accessories that will be under its sub-brand CMF. Recently, a 140W brick surfaced online, seemingly listed on the eCommerce platform Flipkart, and now, a new 100W fast charger has popped up on the same platform.

Like the 140W GaN charger, this one also comes with a three-port design. Two of them are USB-C ports and one USB-A port. However, it's not yet clear whether all three of them can max out at 100W or if it's just the combined power output rating (Anker 100W GaN charger curr. $49.99 on Amazon).

The listing does mention wide compatibility, though. This new 100W fast charger is shown to power a laptop, wireless earbuds, and a phone. So, it should support all the standard charging protocols, including PD, QC, and PPS.

Besides that, the listing claims that the GaN charger is smaller than the average 100W power brick. It also says that there are nine safety mechanisms in place, including low-voltage, high-voltage, overheating, and short-circuit protections. These should ensure stable and safe charging.

As for the price, this new CMF 100W fast charger is listed at INR 4,999, which is about $60. The listing also reveals that there will be two color options available: orange and dark grey. However, it doesn't shed any light on when the power brick may be available to purchase. There's no word on global availability or pricing from Nothing as well.
