All secret characters in Funko Fusion

There are many secret characters in Funko Fusion, each with convoluted ways of unlocking them. They won’t have their own Factory levels or shelves in the character select, as they’ll share the world stage and shelf of the world where you initially found them.

Each world, hidden away in one of the levels, has a secret Cameo Level that, once unlocked, becomes a stage that can be played and completed to earn two secret characters.

Also, each world has a secret Cameo Quest that, once unlocked and completed in the same stage you found it, initiates a treasure hunt that spans across many other levels in the game (even Cameo Levels!). Upon completing this arduous task, you will unlock that secret character.

Note that you need to unlock the Cameo Level and beat the Cameo Quest before the respective characters become available for unlocking, however.
