Vivo X200 Pro tipped to launch with slower wired charging than predecessor

Vivo asserts that it will be ready to take theiPhone 16series on with itsX200line-up from October 2024, a series of smartphones that will even switch toflat screensin order to grab market share away from Apple.

The line-up is even thought to include a variant with a ~6.3-inchdisplay, in the form of theX200 Mini. It has just beencertifiedin China as the Vivo V2405A according to prolific leakerDigital Chat Station, allegedly joining its vanilla X200 (orV2415A) sibling in supporting wired charging restricted to 90W.

Surprisingly, the same is apparently true of their higher-end Pro (V2419A) counterpart, according to this new leak. However, Vivo might make up for this downgrade compared to the 100WX100 Pro(now availableon Amazon) with a largerbatteryin its successor.

The X200 Pro is also thought to boast wireless charging (that may or may not also beMagSafe-style) and improved Zeiss-brandedrear camerason its upcoming debut.
