Samsung's next-generation flagship tablets are shaping up for release, over a year after the company introduced the Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9 Plus and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. To recap, launch prices and high-resolution render images for two tablets have previously leaked online.
Now,The Tech Outlookhas shared datasheets for the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, which we have reproduced below. Ultimately, it seems that this year's Galaxy Tab S release will be another iterative one. However, there appear to be two major changes between the Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S10 series.
On the one hand, Samsung plans to switch to MediaTek chipsets for the first time. Specifically, the company is expected to utilise theDimensity 9300 , which will replace the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy that powers theGalaxy Tab S9,Galaxy Tab S9 PlusandGalaxy Tab S9 Ultra(curr. $774.99 - renewed on Amazon). Incidentally, the adoption of the Dimensity 9300 also brings Wi-Fi 7 connectivity that the Galaxy Tab S9 series lacked, but only to the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra
On the other hand, there will be no 11-inch option this time around. As a result, Samsung's flagship tablet options will start at a 12.4-inch display size. Added to that,The Tech Outlookasserts that the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will be 0.1 mm thinner than their predecessors; please see the datasheet above for further details.
