If you are using the correct email address, check the order in which your messages have been sorted in the Mail app. Your emails might be on the list but not in the order that you want them to be.

You can log in again to your Microsoft Exchange account. This will download all your messages again. This is helpful to check if the problem exists in viewing the body of the emails.
