How to redeem Zenless Zone Zero codes

There are two ways to redeem codes in ZZZ:

Redeem in-game

You can redeem ZZZ codes from within the game:

1. Open the game's menu.
2. Then, tap the "More" button.



3. And then select "Redemption Code".



4. Enter your code into the textbox.



5. And select "Redeem".
6. Then, check your in-game mail to claim your rewards.

Redeem through website

You can redeem ZZZ codes through the Redemption Code site:

1. Head to the Redemption Code site.
2. Log in with your HoyoVerse account.
3. Choose your server.
4. Enter your code into the "Redemption Code" box.
5. Click "Redeem" and then check your in-game mail.

Note that you'll need to have unlocked the in-game mailbox in order to redeem codes from within the game, and to claim the rewards you get from codes regardless of where you redeemed them.

The mailbox unlocks early on during the prologue questline Business x Strangeness x Justness, becoming accessible the first time you get control of your protagonist in the overworld. You need to have reached Inter-Knot Level 5 in order to redeem codes.

Once you have met both of these conditions, you can access the in-game mail and code redemption functions by going into the game menu and selecting "More Features" from the icons along the bottom of the screen.
