All new Pickups and Artifacts in Risk of Rain 2 Seekers of The Storm: Locations, effects, and more

Risk of Rain 2, once again, has added plenty of new content including artifacts and item pickups with the Seekers of The Storm DLC. These new additions to the game will shake things up, adding new ways to play.

All new Artifact in Risk of Rain 2

So far, Risk of Rain 2: Seekers of The Storm has only given up one Artifact. As usual, there may be more, but they love to hide them deep in the game. The only known artifact so far is:

• Rebirth – Gained at the end of the fight against The False Son, this artifact allows you to take one item out of your inventory and use it for the next run.

All new item pickups in Seekers of The Storm

There are a ton of new items added to Risk of Rain 2 with the Seekers of The Storm DLC. These are what you’ll want to learn so you know which pickups are working towards your desired build.

• White item pickups (Common)
  • Knockback Fin – 7.5% chance on hit to knock enemies into the air. (+7.5% per stack).
  • Antler Shield – 55% chance of being hit to reflect 10%.
  • Bolstering Lantern – When health is below 50%, receive a damage increase of 20%.(+20% damage per stack).
  • Chronic Expansion – Every 5 enemies slain grants a damage counter bonus, increasing the player’s damage by 10%, lasting as long as the player stays in combat. (+5% item stack).
  • Warped Echo—When damage is taken, 50% of the damage is dealt immediately, while the other 50% is delayed for 3 seconds. The effect has a cooldown of 10 seconds. Every new item increases the number of instances.

• Green item pickups (Uncommon)
  • Prayer Beads – Absorbs experience, storing 20% (+5% per stack) of player stats per item level up. Gain all stored stats on removal.
  • Chance Doll – 20% chance to get higher rarity items from chance shrines. (+8% per stack)
  • Noxious Thorns – 25% chance on getting hit to inflict enemies with 2 (+per stack) of bleed. If an enemy already has a debuff, it adds to that instead.
  • Unstable Transmitter – When reaching below 25% health, the survivor will explode, dealing 350% damage(+%350 per stack) to nearby enemies. Will then teleport to another location. 2-minute cooldown.
  • Sale Star – Extra item on the first opened chest of each round. (Each extra stack increases the chance of an additional item by 5%)
  • Luminous Shot – Use of the secondary skill charged the primary skill, dealing 150% damage (+25% per stack) per charge up to 5 (+1 per item stack) times.
• Red Item pickups (Rare)
  • Growth Nectar – When using 5+ buffs, gain 20% (+20% per stack) bonus stats for 5 seconds.
  • Electric Boomerang – 15% chance on hit to fire an electric boomerang that travels and returns, dealing 30% (+30% on item stack) damage and stunning Risk of Rain enemies.
  • Sonorous Whispers – All large Risk of Rain monsters drop an item. Elites have a 15% (+5% on stack) of dropping an item.
  • Runic Lens – 5% (+1% per 100% done on initial hit plus 1% per item stack) on hit to summon a meteor on the target, dealing 2000% damage. (+50% damage per 100% damage done on initial hit plus +50% damage per item stack)
  • War Bonds – Yeilds 75 gold (+25 gold per item stack) based on current Risk of Rain difficulty and player level at the beginning of each stage.

• Lunar item pickups (Epic)
  • Longstanding Solitude – Gain a free unlock for the next purchase on level up (+1 per stack). However, all gold is converted to experience, and anything that costs gold is increased by 100% (+100% per stack.

The Risk of Rain 2: Seekers of The Storm DLC has a whole array of new item and artifact pickups. They will no doubt switch up the gameplay, especially when used with the three new survivors available to unlock.
