BenQ EH700 laser projector with low input lag now available

The BenQ EH700 projector, a model designed for use in a meeting room, is listed on the brand's websites in the US and Australia. The 1080p projector has a 1.15-1.5 throw ratio for a 100" (~254 cm) image from a distance of 2.5 m (~8.2 ft).

The EH700 uses Spectral Similarity Index (SSI) technology for up to 4,000 ANSI lumens brightness, higher than the 3,300 ANSI lumens of the older EH600 model. You can perfect the image with 2D and auto-vertical keystone tools. Built on Android 9 OS, the projector's features include Google Chromecast, Apple AirPlay, Miracast and InstaShare 2 wireless screen sharing. There are also tools to help your meetings run smoother, such as the pre-installed TeamViewer video conference app and 4-way split screen casting allowing multiple people to present at once.

You can connect USB sticks and accessories like a webcam, keyboard or mouse via three USB-A ports. Plus, there are two HDMI outputs, with an input lag of 8.3 ms (1080P@120Hz). The BenQ EH700 projector has an RRP of $1,999 in the US, though it is available to buy at B&H for $1,499. The model is also listed at a third-party retailer in Australia for A$2,599. Details on a European release date or pricing have yet to be announced.
