The often missed style of the coin could be sitting in your purse or down the side of the couch.
Back in 2007, just 20,001 of the €2 coins were minted.
Now, some have been selling for upwards of €4,000.
The coin depicts Grace Kelly and was specially commissioned in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of her death.
When it was first brought out by the Principality of Monaco's Museum of Stamps and Coins, it was sold for €120.
In 2021, however, the rare piece topped a list of the rarest and most valuable €2 coins.
The limited circulation of it made it the smallest of all €2 commemorative coins between 2007 and 2014.
The 8.5g coins were originally sold in commemorative boxes, featuring the initials "R.B.Baron", the coins designer under the actresses hair.
One listing on eBay has the coin selling for almost €5,000.
But those interested in buying the coin have been warned to look out for fakes.
One report has said that the coin was never officially in circulation, so it may be almost impossible to find it mixed in with your change.
To mitigate the risks, experts recommend using a professional seller to avoid fakes.
They said: "The condition of the white sheath (the packaging of the Grace Kelly box) is crucial for resale in the future, so be sure to check if the packaging is damaged or worn.
"Another peculiarity is that the piece was not issued with a certificate, so don’t be surprised of the coin doesn’t come with a certificate and be wary if you are given one."
Alongisde the 20,000 Grace Kelly coins minted, was one single extra coin for Prince Albert, Kelly's son.
In 1956, one year after winning the Best Actress award for her role in The Country Girl, the Oscar-winner married Prince Rainier III of Monaco.
She gave up her acting career and served as Princess Consort of Monaco for 26 years.
She died following a car accident in 1982.
