Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has introduced a new feature for its Pre-market product, allowing users to make advance orders for upcoming crypto listings. The first CEX to offer this service, Bitget aims to enhance pre-market trading by mitigating seller default risks during the early stages of token sales.

The new USDT Delivery feature will be piloted with the TON-based trending project Major (MAJOR) on Pre-market. This integration marks a significant advancement for the platform, making it the first to introduce the feature in the crypto trading industry.

With the Token Delivery model currently employed by Pre-market, profits and losses are realized by subsequently selling or buying the received tokens. However, this approach can lead to risks arising from potential delays in seller token deposits or instances where sellers miss the delivery time altogether, resulting in insufficient tokens in their accounts and subsequent delivery defaults.

To address these challenges and optimize the trading experience, Bitget has introduced the USDT Delivery model. This eliminates the need for sellers to deposit tokens and for buyers to subsequently sell the received tokens. Instead, profits and losses are directly and automatically settled at delivery time.

Pre-market trading enables traders to capitalize on new crypto listings before they officially begin trading on Bitget. This platform functions as a peer-to-peer marketplace, facilitating early adoption and competitive pricing.孑

By allowing orders to be placed before the market officially opens, pre-market trading provides investors with a strategic advantage, enabling them to anticipate and respond to potential price movements that may occur at market open.
