News from this site on August 9, source phoronix reported yesterday (August 8) that Intel’s Arrow Lake H processor efficiency (E) cores are available in two types: Skymont and Crestmont.
Previous news said that Intel’s Arrow Lake H processor will use Lion Cove P core and Skymont E core, and the latest Linux patch shows that there is also a Crestmont E core.
Skymont is a newer Intel E core type that offers double-digit IPC improvements compared to the Crestmont core in Meteor Lake.
