(OTC: KNOS) is pleased to announce that the interests in DogeSPAC LLC, a previously spun-off entity, are now eligible for removal of restricted legend from their unit certificates. This significant milestone comes after the required holding period has elapsed in accordance with SEC rules.

Effective immediately, Broker Dealers’ Clearing Houses holding DogeSPAC LLC certificates for their clients may request the removal of any restriction legends. This development marks a pivotal moment for our shareholders, enhancing the potential for liquidity and providing greater flexibility in managing their investments should a market develop for DogeSPAC LLC units.

DogeSPAC LLC was spun-off from Kronos, as announced on June 22, 2021. Kronos distributed DogeSPAC LLC units to its shareholders on August 25, 2021, with each shareholder receiving one unit per share held as of the record date of June 15, 2021. Kronos retains a 20% ownership stake in DogeSPAC LLC. The minority owners of DogeSPAC LLC have now met the necessary requirements for this free trading status, signifying compliance with all relevant SEC regulations. Currently the units of DogeSPAC LLC are not listed nor do they trade on any market.

DogeSPAC LLC is considering merging with an existing public company and/or allowing the LLC interests to be converted into crypto LLC interests for trading on a decentralized exchange. The final decision regarding which blockchain—whether Solana, Binance, or Ethereum—will be made soon. DogeSPAC LLC owners are encouraged to make recommendations as to which blockchain they would prefer to see their LLC interests held.
