Solidigm released the D5-P5336 enterprise-class QLC solid-state drive with a maximum capacity of 61.44TB in 2023, and the new generation product will double the capacity based on D5-P5336.

Solidigm demonstrated a 122TB SSD sample housed in a 2U server. According to the test screen picture, the solid-state drive uses PCIe 4.0 interface and U.2 form factor.
