Google has already confirmed that the Pixel 9 series will be making an official debut on August 13th, which is just a few days away. But way before the official launch, there have been many leaks revolving around the phones, giving away pretty much every little detail.
Now, another batch of images has leaked. These come from Evan Blass, a known leaker, and the shared official-looking renders compare the Google Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL, basically reaffirming the rumored screen size difference between the two.
In case you're not caught up, the Pixel 9 Pro is said to feature a 6.34-inch OLED screen, while the Pro XL will reportedly sport a 6.73-inch display. This would make the former nearly the same size as the Galaxy S23 FE, while the latter about the same as the Galaxy S24 Ultra (256 GB curr. $949 on Amazon). As for the latest leaked comparison image, it does appear that the two will have a noticeable height difference.
Besides that, the official-looking renders show that both the Pixel 9 Pro models will have similarly-sized bezels and feature a centered punch hole for the selfie camera. Other than that, the latest leak gives a look at the different color options for the series, which were already revealedby a previous leak.
However, it's worth noting that the new leak points out that the non-Pro modelwill have a different finish on the frame. Per the images, it seems that the standard Pixel 9 will sport an anodized aluminum frame, while the Pro phones appear to have a stainless steel finish.
