One-dimensional DDR5 CU-DIMM memory modules will cover 16GB and 32GB capacities, with a transfer rate of 6400~8800MT/s, a timing of CL52~CL64, and can operate at 0℃~+85℃.
On another emerging memory form factor, LPDDR5 LPCAMM2, Baiwei will also exhibit a 9600MT/s ultra-high-speed module with a capacity of up to 64GB.
Baiwei will also exhibit a series of industrial-grade storage products, in addition to PCIe 5.0×8 interface CXL 2.0 DRAM modules in the EDSSF E3.S form factor.
