If you are annoying with Windows' On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) displaying every time you open the lock screen. Here is a guide on how to stop Touch Keyboard from automatically popping up in login screen.
Windows offers an on-screen keyboard that lets you type even if you don't have access to a physical keyboard. It's particularly useful with a touch screen. If you're using a non-touch PC, you could also use the touch keyboard if you like, but you need to use your pointer to click on the button to display it.
There are two on-screen keyboards: the basic touch keyboard you can bring up from the taskbar, and a more advanced on-screen keyboard (OSK) in the Ease of Access settings.

You can easily disable On-screen keyboard automatically pop up on login screen in Settings.
Step 1: Open the Settings app, then click Devices icon.
Step 2: Now choose Typing from the left-hand side. On the right-hand side scroll down to the setting "Show the touch keyboard when not in tablet mode and there's no keyboard attached".
Step 3: If this setting is On. Toggle the button to the Off position.
Use these steps, you can disable the On-screen Keyboard using in Ease of Access Center.
Step 1: Open Control Panel.
Press Windows + X keys, then click Control Panel from that menu.
Step 2: Browse Control Panel item view by large icon, select Ease of Access Center.
Step 3: Clear the "Use On-Screen Keyboard" checkbox. If it's already unchecked, check it, click Apply, then uncheck it–just for good measure. Click OK to save your changes and exit this screen.
You can prevent on-screen keyboard auto-popping up via disabling Windows touch keyboard service.
Step 1: Open Services app.
Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog, type services.msc, press Enter.
Step 2: Scroll down to Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Double-click on it.
Step 3: In the General tab, go to change the Startup Type into Disabled.
