New Galaxy S24 FE Geekbench listing showcases improved Exynos 2400 performance

The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE made its debut in October, and its successor, the Galaxy S24 FE, may well be released around the same period this year. The Fan Edition phone was spotted on Geekbench last month but has now made another trip to the benchmark with new, improved performance.

In the latest listing, the S24 FE, with the model number "SM-S721B" records a single-core score of 2185 and a multi-core score of 7030. Those numbers are higher than on the earlier listing of the device, and our benchmark results for the Exynos 2400 on the Galaxy S24 and S24+ (buy on Amazon). By our tests, the Exynos 2400 on the S24 series averages a single-core score of 2056 and a multi-core score of 6495.

That's neither new nor surprising, as the Exynos 2200 on last year's S23 FE also performed better than the original iteration of the SoC on the Galaxy S22 series. While pre-launch benchmarks may not provide an exact look at post-release performance, it looks likely that the Galaxy S24 FE in its Exynos form will deliver CPU performance in the same ballpark as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 version of the device.
