The Pad 2 has the same top-end SoC as OnePlus' current flagship Android smartphone, but has a larger ~12-inch 7:5 144Hz display with a 3K resolution. Accordingly, it has more scope for OxygenOS features such as its versatile Open Canvas split-screen facility that allows the user to drag and drop some things between apps.
The flagship tablet (said to be the upcoming OPPO Pad3 for the global market) has a single 12GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage configuration in Nimbus Gray. It has yet to join its Dimensity 9000-powered predecessor on Amazon, but is now available to order for $549 on oneplus.com - or $50 less with a trade-in.
OnePlus is also throwing in access to a coupon for a compatible Folio Case with each order, although it only becomes active once you have taken delivery of the tablet. Then again, it is also possible to add a Stylo 2 pen and/or a Smart Keyboard at 50% off their listed prices to each order of aPad 2 at the time of writing.
The Pad 2 has yet to become available in India, but can be pre-ordered in Europe at €499 (~$539), with an 80W SuperVOOC power brick and either aStylo 2 pen or aFolio Case as free gifts at the time of writing.
