Bitcoin’s open interest (the total USD value of all open futures contracts) is rising significantly, indicating increased market activity. Bitcoin’s open interest currently stands at a sizeable 435,000 BTC, equivalent to a market capitalization of over $15 billion.

CME Group’s open interest, favored by institutional investors, hit a new record with 105,380 open BTC contracts worth $3.68 billion. Binance has surpassed this number, with open interest at approximately 113,500 BTC.
