Former U.S. President Donald Trump, who has self-declared as a pro-crypto candidate, has announced plans to launch a fourth NFT collection.

In an interview with Bloomberg, Trump stated that his previous NFT collections sold out within a day, prompting him to continue the venture.

“The whole thing sold out: 45,000 cards,” Trump said. “And I did it three times [and] I’m going to do another one, because the people want me to do another one. It’s unbelievable spirit. Beautiful.”

Trump, who was once skeptical of crypto and called Bitcoin a “scam against the U.S. dollar,” now emphasizes the need for U.S. leadership in the digital asset industry.

“Crypto is an infant right now,” Trump told Bloomberg. “But I don’t want to be responsible for allowing another country to take over this sphere,” he added.

The former president’s campaign revealed that it raised $331 million last quarter, with $3 million coming from crypto.

As Trump’s stance on crypto shifted, several major crypto companies and crypto advocates, including Elon Musk, Coinbase, Gemini, and Kraken, among others, donated to the Trump campaign.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Trump’s campaign reported raising $331 million in the last quarter, with $3 million of that coming from crypto.

Meanwhile, Trump’s chances of winning the election have increased on PredictIt, an online betting site, with his odds rising from 60 cents on Friday to 67 cents, while Joe Biden’s odds were at 27 cents.

Additionally, Trump’s odds of winning the presidential election rose further on Polymarket, the world’s largest prediction market, after he announced J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), a pro-crypto senator, as his choice for running mate.
