This website reported on July 15 that Noctua’s new generation flagship air-cooled radiator NH-D15 G2 has been launched on domestic e-commerce platforms today, priced at 1,199 yuan.
NH-D15 G2 is 168mm high, equipped with 8 heat pipes and an asymmetric aluminum fin set, which is more suitable for thermal loads of 250W and above. The fin gap has been reduced from the original's 1.9mm to 1.6mm, increasing the total fin surface area by 20%.
NH-D15 G2 is equipped with two new generation 14025 round frame fans NF-A14x25r G2 PWM.
This fan is made of Sterrox liquid crystal polymer material and is equipped with SSO2 bearings. The fan blade tip gap is reduced to 0.7mm, which has better heat dissipation effect. The parameters are as follows:
Maximum air volume 155.6m³/h (Note from this site: approximately 91.58 CFM), maximum static pressure 2.56 mmH2O, maximum noise 24.8 db (A).
It is worth noting that the two fans equipped with NH-D15 G2 are not the standard style with a maximum speed of 1500RPM. They are a PPA version of 1475RPM and a PPB version of 1525RPM.
Owl said that this ±25RPM rotational speed fine-tuning can reduce the noise impact caused by acoustic interactions such as same-frequency resonance.
Noctua NH-D15 G2 air-cooled radiator comes with NT-H2 thermal paste and SecurFirm2+ multi-slot mounting system, compatible with Intel LGA 1851 / 1700 / 1200 / 115X and AMD AM5 / AM4 platforms.
NH-D15 G2 air-cooled radiator is divided into three versions, namely regular version, HBC high bottom crown version and LBC low bottom crown version. They are suitable for different processor platforms and are priced at 1199 yuan. .
