The initiative was first announced during the Builders’ Meetup in partnership with crypto exchange PDAX and covered by BitPinas.
Arweave PH, a local community that supports the Arweave Network, has confirmed that it will be hosting a builders’ program with a total prize pool of $10,000. This program will be open to those who build a decentralized application (dapp) within the Arweave ecosystem test network.
The program will begin on August 15 and will conclude on October 15. Interested participants will have two months to build their dapps and submit them for judging.
According to the announcement, the program will be divided into two phases. The first phase will involve the submission of dapp proposals, which will be evaluated by a panel of judges. The top 10 proposals will then proceed to the second phase, where they will be tasked with building and deploying their dapps on the Arweave test network.
The final judging will take place after the second phase, and the top three builders will be awarded cash prizes from the $10,000 prize pool. Additionally, the builders will also have the opportunity to gain recognition and support for their work within the Arweave community.
This initiative was first announced during the Builders’ Meetup in partnership with crypto exchange PDAX and was also covered by BitPinas.
This program serves as an important initiative within the Arweave ecosystem, providing an opportunity for dapp developers to gain recognition and financial support. This support can ultimately contribute to accelerating innovation and expanding the range of applications built on the Arweave Network.
This is a developing story. More details will follow as they become available.
