Crypto exchange Gemini has renewed its sponsorship deal with Real Bedford football club for an additional five years. The deal, which was announced on Monday, will see the club receive sponsorship payments in Bitcoin.

Winklevoss Capital, which is owned by Gemini founders Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, had invested $4.5 million in the football club back in April. This latest sponsorship is in addition to the previous investment, which saw the Winklevoss twins become co-owners of the club together with McCormack. McCormack had purchased the club in 2022.

As part of the sponsorship deal, Gemini’s logo will be featured on the team’s jerseys and the pitch. Notably, Gemini has been sponsoring the club since 2022. The value of this new deal was not disclosed.
