Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup reportedly includes only two models: Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra

Contrary to early rumours, Samsung will not be launching the Galaxy Tab S10 series at July 10's Galaxy Unpacked. A report from South Korean media outlet JoongAng suggests it will enter mass production this month, but doesn't specify a release window which is likely the end of the year. It also reveals that the Galaxy Tab S10 lineup will only consist of two SKUs.

Apparently, Samsung is scrapping the base Galaxy Tab S10 to better compete with Apple's newly-announced iPad Pros. It will also help Samsung's aggressive cost-cutting endeavour at the expense of an entry-level SKU. It'll be an uphill battle, given the Galaxy Tab S10+ was spotted running a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC. Even if the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra uses a top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, it will still struggle against the objectively superior Apple M4.

An earlier leak spotted only two Samsung tablets codename SM-X926 (likely the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra) and SM-X826 (Galaxy Tab S10+) undergoing a certification process, further cemeting the above rumour. Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra renders didn't show off much in the way of design changes, with the improvements likely to arrive in the form of new software features via the One UI 6.1.1. In conclusion, the Galaxy Tab S9 will probably be the last of its kind. Thankfully, you can buy it at a discounted rate on Amazon before stocks eventually dry up.
