Asuspecthasbeenarrestedinconnectionwiththe2015doublehomicidethatoccurredatTheCoinShoplocatedindowntownCheyenne.Yesterdaymorning,CheyennePoliceDetectiveswithassistanceoftheSiskiyouCountySheriff'sOffice(California),arrestedDouglasSmith,68-years-old,ofMcCloud,Californiaonawarrantal legingtwo counts of first-degree murder.
