According to news on June 25, during the 2024MWC Shanghai, Zhao Dong, Vice President of Huawei Wireless Network Product Line and Chief Marketing Officer, announced the AI network “Kaicheng Plan” at the 5G-A&AI round table. This plan is to cooperate with the world's leading operators to comprehensively improve network productivity by building a wireless intelligent ecosystem of co-creation, symbiosis, and mutual growth. The first phase of the plan will empower 1,000 site engineers within half a year to manage more than 10,000 sites, covering five keycities of Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Bangkok, Jinan, and Shenzhen. Huawei has proposed the "intelligent network" strategy to build wireless intelligence, reshape operations, experience, and services, and inject intelligence into 5G-A networks to improve quality and efficiency for operators. At the same time, Huawei launched the world's first intelligent assistant for site engineers, which independently generates problem-solving strategies based on massive professional knowledge and experience, significantly improving engineers' operation and maintenance efficiency. For example, in optical path troubleshooting, the repair efficiency can be increased by 10 times. Huawei and operators have launched the world's first wireless intelligent agent on-duty pilot. Currently, 223 cells have been unattended and have been running smoothly for thousands of hours. Huawei also revealed that cooperative operators are currently conducting pilot projects for 5G-A super live broadcast packages to provide users with a deterministic uplink experience rate.
