HMD 105 and HMD 110 now official as new feature phones with long battery life and built-in Snake

HMD Global is back to releasing more feature phones, having unveiled various models in the last few months. Incidentally, there is also the prospect of HMD Global introducing a classic Nokia Lumia lookalike that could rival mid-range options like the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, full details of which we have covered separately.

This time around, the company has offered up the HMD 105 and HMD 110, which join the Nokia 220 4G (2024) that also landed earlier today. For context, HMD Global lifted the lid on the HMD 105 and HMD 110 earlier this month. However, it did not share all hardware specifications for its Nokia 105 and Nokia 110 (curr. $39.99 on Amazon) replacements.

Unsurprisingly, HMD Global markets both devices in part because of the ability to play Snake. As far as we can tell, both feature phones rely upon the same 2-inch display that outputs at 160 x 120 pixels (QQVGA). Additionally, the HMD 105 and HMD 110 contain 1,000 mAh removable batteries, support for up to 32 GB MicroSD cards and have 3.5 mm audio jacks. The HMD 110 adds a QQVGA rear-facing camera and an LED flash array though; please see HMD Global's product listings for more hardware details.

According to HMD Global's website, it intends to sell the HMD 105 in black, blue and purple finishes. For reference, the HMD 105 measures 115.5 x 49.5 x 14 mm and weighs 77.5 g. In comparison, the HMD 110 tips the scales at 78 g while measuring 115.5 x 49.5 x 14 mm too. Also, although the HMD 110 comes in just black and green colour options, the latter has a more elaborate multi-tone finish. Currently, it seems that HMD Global is restricting the release of the HMD 105 and HMD 110 to India; the company has not confirmed global availability yet.
