However, it appears that the company has plans to launch another 'world's first'. This time, Unihertz has set its sights on delivering the smallest 5G smartphone, as the teaser below shows.
On the one hand, the company has published a teaser website in which the front of the device can be seen. Based on the image, it seems that Unihertz has adopted slimmer display bezels, although we would always recommend waiting for retail units to ship before passing judgment on this. On the other hand, it has also confirmed that the device is called the Jelly Max.
Unfortunately, Unihertz has decided against sharing many technical details yet. Nonetheless, we can infer that the Jelly Max has an in-display fingerprint sensor, which suggests the usage of an AMOLED panel. Moreover, the device's front-facing camera sits behind a punch-hole within the display's top left-hand corner. Currently, Unihertz is expected to release the Jelly Max through Indiegogo; it remains to be seen when that will be the case, though.
