The Realme GT 6T was unveiled earlier this year in the highly price-sensitive Indian market with a higher-than-usual price tag of ₹30,999 ($371). It has now launched globally and can be purchased alongside its more feature-rich cousin: the Realme GT 6. Between June 21 and July 4, you can buy it for €399.99, after which it will cost €549.99. There appears to be only one variant with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB (UFS 4.0) storage on sale, which can be purchased via Amazon.
The Realme GT 6T packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. A vapour cooling chamber accompanies it to keep thermals in check. It is topped up with a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 120 Watt fast charging with a proprietary charger. Realme claims you can get an extra 300 mAh worth of juice via the device's power saving prowess. Unfortunately, wireless charging is not supported.
Moving on to the camera, the Realme GT 6T cuts down on the fluff and includes just two sensors, a 50 MP Sony LYT-808 complete with OIS and 2x optical zoom capability and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. A 32 MP front-facing camera rounds off the setup. Some of its features include omni-directional focusing, DOL-HDR, LBMF, Dual Native ISO, Portrait Mode, and AI Beautification.
Lastly, the Realme GT 6T comes with a 6.78-inch 1.2K AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, 2,160 Hz PWM dimming, 6,000 nits peak brightness, HDR, and a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for additional protection. Other features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
