According to reports, this hard drive is equipped with PCIe Gen3*4 channel, sequential read 3250MB/s, sequential write 2250MB/s , which claims to “select original 3D TLC wafers, self-package, and have a mean time between failures of up to 1.5 million hours” and also supports HMB smart cache/SLC Cache technology.
